Unboxing & Inspection
1. Inspect the item carefully upon unboxing. If there is any damage or missing parts, contact customer service within 48 hours and provide both the unboxing video and photos.
2. If the item is found to be in good condition upon unboxing, it is considered to have passed factory quality standards.
Dressing & Accessorizing [Important]
1. When dressing the doll, do not yank the limbs or force the joints; using excessive force can easily cause joints to come apart or detach.
2. When attaching glasses, headwear, or accessories, do not press hard on the head or eye sockets, as this may cause damage.
Daily Handling & Display
1. We recommend using a stand when displaying the doll in a standing position.
2. Do not swing, toss, catch, or squeeze the doll forcefully.
3. Do not force the joints to move violently.
Maintenance & Reinforcement
1. Slight looseness in the joints is normal; you can tighten them yourself.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or storage in humid environments.
After-Sales Policy
1. If the doll comes apart or parts detach during use after being inspected and found intact upon unboxing, this is considered the result of improper handling and is not a quality defect.
