                                     Why Record an Unboxing Video?
Unboxing videos serve to prevent issues such as:
① Shipping Damage: If the package arrives in poor condition, the unboxing video can be used as evidence to file a claim with the shipping carrier, thereby minimizing financial loss.
② Product Defects: An unboxing video allows for an immediate assessment of the item's condition, helping to identify the cause of any damage or missing parts, and determine whether the liability lies with the manufacturer or the shipper. This helps avoid disputes and saves time on after-sales support.
③ Other Unforeseen Issues: Any other unpredictable problems that may arise.
Is After-Sales Support Available Without an Unboxing Video?
After-sales support *is* available for obvious defects—such as mirrored hand or foot sets, loose joints that fail to hold a pose, or incorrect items being shipped.
However, for issues where the responsible party cannot be clearly determined—such as:
① Scratches (Was it a manufacturing/shipping defect, or caused by the unboxing tool?)
② Dents/Impact Damage (Was it a manufacturing/shipping defect, or caused by handling/play?)
③ Joint Damage (e.g., breakage resulting from attempting to move a joint in the wrong direction)—after-sales support will *not* be provided.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please be sure to inspect the item thoroughly before signing for delivery; if any damage is found, please refuse the package and contact Customer Service immediately. Once the item has been signed for and unsealed, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please note that these figures and merchandise are mass-produced items; as such, minor manufacturing defects can occasionally occur. We guarantee that the product is brand new and authentic, but we cannot guarantee that the outer packaging or the figure itself will be absolutely flawless. If you are a "box collector" who requires pristine packaging with razor-sharp corners, or if you are a perfectionist, please consider your purchase carefully.

 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
